Cookie Salad The pudding... 1 Cup of sugar In Saucepan, combine sugar, cornstarch and salt. Stir in Milk, blending until smooth. Cook over medium heat until mixture boils and thickens, stirring constantly. Boil 2 minutes; remove from heat. Blend a small amount of hot mixture into the egg yolks. Add the egg yolks to the custard. Return to heat until the mixture just begins to bubble. Remove from heat; stir in margarine and vanilla. While the mixture is cooling, prepare the salad part 1 can Pineapple (large) You can use a can of pineapple chunks, or I prefer buying a can of pineapple rings and cutting them up myself. You get a better quality of pineapple in the rings. You need a large can, 820 gms. 3 bananas cut up into bite size pieces Cut up the Oreo Cookies into large bite size pieces (if you do it to
small they will totally dissolve) I use a roll and a half of the cookies..
That's about 400 grams. When the pudding has cooled a bit mix in all the other goodies and put into a serving bowl, sprinkle the cherries on the top Cover with Saran wrap and put in the fridge for a few hours to firm up. Enjoy
