Cranberry Salad

This is great for a holiday meal.  Fancy, easy, can be made ahead of time and tastes great.  My kind of dish.

1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk (14 0z.)
1/4 cup Lemon Juice
1 Can Crushed Pineapple (20 Oz.) drained
1 Can Whole berry Cranberry Sauce (16 0z)
2 Cups Miniature Marshmellows
1/2 Cup Chopped Pecans
Red Food Coloring
1 Carton Frozen Whipped Topping (8 oz.)

In a bowl combine milk and lemon juice; mix well. Stir in the pineapple cranberry sauce, marshmellows, pecans, and food coloring. Fold in whipped topping. Spoon into a 13x9x2 baking dish. Freeze until firm, 4 hours or overnight. Cut into squares.

I found that I like this served unfrozen. You have to freeze it to get it to firm up. But even after its thawed it stays firm. I suggest you freeze it over night. Cut into squares and then put in the refrigerator for 3 or 4 hours to slightly unfreeze. Keeps for days in the refrigerator. I served this for Thanksgiving and got nothing but raves from everyone.
