Party/Picnic/BBQ/Fiesta Recipes from www. EagleKnights.com
In a bowl combine milk and lemon juice; mix well. Stir in the pineapple cranberry sauce, marshmellows, pecans, and food coloring. Fold in whipped topping. Spoon into a 13x9x2 baking dish. Freeze until firm, 4 hours or overnight. Cut into squares. I found that I like this served unfrozen. You have to freeze it to get it to firm up. But even after its thawed it stays firm. I suggest you freeze it over night. Cut into squares and then put in the refrigerator for 3 or 4 hours to slightly unfreeze. Keeps for days in the refrigerator. I served this for Thanksgiving and got nothing but raves from everyone. From Taste of Home |
