French Dressing with Lime

I enjoy making my own Salad Dressings.  They taste so much better then anything you buy in the store.  And they are fairly easy to make. 

This originally called for Lemon Juice.  But you can't buy lemons or Lemon juice down here so I substituted Lime juice.   You can definitely taste the fruity taste of the lime (more so then a lemon) Its kinda light and refreshing.  I really liked it. 

1/2 Cup Lime Juice
3/4 - 1  Cup Ketchup
1/2 Cup Onion
1/2 Cup Sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 Cup Corn Oil

Just quarter a small onion, add it and everything else to the blender and blend until smooth.
