Liver Sausage Spread

  The Liver Sausage in Mexico tastes funny to me.   I love Liver Sausage and I saw this recipe in Taste of Home and tried it.  It made the Mexican stuff taste great. I bet it makes the good stuff taste even better.

1 Tube 8 Oz Liver Sausage
1 pkg 3 Oz Cream Cheese
1/3 Cup Mayonnaise or Salad Dressing
2 or 3 tea Dill Pickle Relish
2 Tab Chopped Onion
1/2 tea Worcestershire Sauce
1/8 tea Garlic Powder

Combine the ingredients and pat into a bowl lined with plastic wrap. Cover and chill. When ready to serve, invert onto a serving platter, sprinkle with parsley (if desired) and serve with crackers or bread.
