Mexican Style Steak

1 lb. of Steak (fillet, or sirloin)
3 Tomatoes
1 small Onion
1 clove Garlic
4 serrano Chilies
  Oil as required

Cut the steak into thin slices.  Chop the onion finely, Slice the chilies into rings or chop.  Roast the tomatoes, chilies and garlic peel and chop finely.

Fry the steak in a tightly covered pan in the oil.   In a separate pan cook the veggies and then add to the steak.  Season with mixed herbs.  (I like to add three different spices all from McCormick, Garlic and Spice, Montreal Steak Seasoning and Meat Tenderizer) these give it a nice zing.

Note.. Serrano chilies are fresh green chilies.
