Mexican Style Steak 1 lb. of Steak (fillet, or sirloin) Fry the steak in a tightly covered pan in the oil. In a separate pan cook the veggies and then add to the steak. Season with mixed herbs. (I like to add three different spices all from McCormick, Garlic and Spice, Montreal Steak Seasoning and Meat Tenderizer) these give it a nice zing. Note.. Serrano chilies are fresh green chilies.
