Welcome to the Wendy's favorites.  On these pages you will find our favorite recipes.  These will be a mixture of different recipes from salad dressings to Entries, some Mexican some Gringo some International.  Most will be fairly easy to prepare.  All will taste good.  These are the recipes we use in our house.  The recipes we make time and time again.   This section is not for quantity but quality.

Some of these recipes were given to us by friends, some are from Taste of Home magazine (my favorite cooking magazine) and others were picked up from email lists and web sites.  With the internet one of my biggest problems is not finding recipes, its finding the time to try them.  I would guess that for every 4 or 5  I try I will find only one that I want to try again. We hope you enjoy these recipes and stop back soon.

Amaretto Cake
Start with a yellow cake mix, add amaretto... Really great tasting cake.

Apple Cheesecake
This is a complicated cheesecake with two sauces.  But its fantastic looking and tasting.  Well worth all the work
