"Mexikim

I have been looking for over a year and just discovered a nice little store where you can purchase Syrups (raspberry, blackberry, and strawberry ) These are great for flavoring tea, coffee and cold drinks.  I am on my second bottle.  I use it every morning in my tea.  Love it!!  They also have a nice assortment of jams and jellies all made in small batches with sugar (no corn syrup, no preservatives, nothing but fruit, pectin and sugar).  Its near the Holiday Inn. Mexikim,, Cuauhtemoc #2 (don't look for the number they have a big sign on top of the wall near the driveway) 318-8184.  The store is in the garage, drive up and toot your horn.

Baking Supplies

Mega Materials Prima  Calle Los Arcos 211

You drive past the Mercado going North, when you get to the intersection where if you turn right you go to Plan de Alaya, or you turn left to go around the Mercado.  You go straight, Towards Costco.  On this street are 2 stores that cater to Restaurants and Bakeries.  The first is about 30 yards on the left.  The second (which I like better) is about 50 yards down on the right side.  This one sells lots of candies, and other bulk supplies.  You can buy Chocolate chips here in bulk, and they have lots of baking pans and even multiple sizes in muffin papers.
